What we collect

If you use the funding pre-check or contact form, we collect the details you enter: name, telephone, email, ABN, business name, revenue range, industry, requested amount, purpose, timeframe and notes.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, understand the finance requested, keep a record of the conversation, and meet ordinary record-keeping needs.

Storage

Records are stored in ordinary business email and files, with access limited to people who need them to reply.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not trade mailing lists.

Sharing

If you ask us to progress a funding conversation, we may share relevant details with a lender or introducer, or where the law requires it.

Overseas disclosure

Information may be accessed or stored outside Australia when we use email or cloud tools, consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8.
